Planning for our future can be challenging. Few of us create space to reflect on our lives and we’re also concerned about the unpredictability of life. But planning for the future can be made a lot easier when we relax into the present moment and put together a life map based on what’s important to us right now.

To tell us more about life maps, I invited Dana V. Adams. Dana is the founder of the Life Mapping Institute. She is an author, keynote speaker and is considered one of the the thought leaders on the life mapping process. Dana has inspired thousands to embrace their gifts to live happy and abundant lives.

During our conversation, Dana describes the process of creating a life map and how we can use it to set intentions for our lives, get clarity on our values and develop a life that’s in alignment with our truth.
