Most people start the year excited about making resolutions but find themselves losing enthusiasm as the weeks go by. Like many people, you may find it hard to stick to your New Year’s resolutions and consequently hit the breaks on your efforts. 

The solution to making change last goes beyond better planning and organization. We have to go deeper and find ways to get emotionally invested in goals we set for the New Year.
