We all crave deep and meaningful connections. We long to be in union, in mind, body, and spirit, with that one special person. So why do we find it so difficult to find?
Part of the problem is finding someone you’re compatible with. The other challenge is forming a healthy connection with that person. This is heavily influenced by your attachment style. Our attachment style has a significant impact on our adult life. It affects almost all facets of our intimate relationships and it’s vital to be aware of it.
In this episode, I’ve outlined the three main attachment styles and how you can work with it so you can experience all the happiness, support, and comfort that a loving relationship offers.
