Learning how to connect and work with people from other cultures is an important skill to have in our increasingly globalized world.
No matter where we live, chances are high that we’ll interact with someone from another country or state at some point in our life.
To give us more insight into this subject, I invited Pellegrino Riccardi, a cross-cultural expert who has spent the past 30 years traveling around the world and interacting with countless different cultures, nationalities, and people types.
