Complaining – we all tend to do it at some point in our day right?
Like scratching an itch, complaining feels good in the moment. We experience relief when we release pent-up energy. We find complaining so much easier than taking responsibility. We avoid having difficult conversations and taking positive steps toward change.
It’s important to be aware that complaining only gives us a false sense of entitlement and power when, in fact, it’s detrimental to our physical, as well as our mental well-being.
In this podcast episode, I describe the many ways that complaining blocks abundance from flowing into our life and how we can prevent this from happening by taking responsibility and becoming more conscious.
