We all do it. Belittling who we are, what we do and what we stand for—often without even realizing it. And this toxic self-talk can discourage us from becoming the person we know we’re meant to be.
According to my guest, Katie Horwitch, we need more than repeating positive mantras to create deep and lasting change. We need an inner language for loving who we are while realizing our full potential. She’s here to introduce us to this framework.
Katie Horwitch is a nationally recognized writer, speaker, mindset coach, and women’s empowerment activist. She has spent over a decade working to shift the cultural self-talk paradigm. She has spoken about self-confidence, living fearlessly, and shifting the stories and habits that help shape our negative self-talk patterns. Katie is the founder of the multimedia platform WANT: Women Against Negative Talk and the host of The WANTcast: The Women Against Negative Talk Podcast.
In this interview, Katie offers a new approach to shift our negative self-talk patterns in a real, lasting way that goes beyond just “speaking nicely to yourself.” She provides tips, tools and motivation to improve the stories we tell ourselves so we can move forward fearlessly.

Religion has evolved a lot over the past few decades. People increasingly feel disillusioned with or detached from organized religion, yet they still long for a rich inner life defined by purpose, meaning and reflection.
My guest today, Thomas Moore, says that we don’t have to live an exclusively materialistic and rational lifestyle and can develop our personal spiritual style inside or outside formal religion.
Thomas is the author of 24 books, including the number one New York Times bestseller “Care of the Soul.” In his youth, he was a catholic monk, and later on, after receiving a PhD in religious studies, he became a university professor and a psychotherapist. He brings together spirituality, mythology, depth psychology and the arts in his work, emphasizing the importance of images and imagination. He often travels and lectures, hoping to help create a more soulful society.
Join me for this fascinating conversation, where Thomas shares his thoughts on how we can personalize religion and make it our own. He offers several conventional and unconventional pathways to access mystical experiences and integrate spirituality into everyday life.

The “back to basics” lifestyle has recently gained popularity worldwide. “Going minimalist” and getting rid of possessions simplify our lives and give us time to focus on what matters.
Yet as exciting as it can be to whittle down our belongings, does it really bring happiness?
My guest Light Watkins believes that it won’t unless we do the inner work to cultivate happiness on the inside. He’s here to tell us more about his philosophy.
Light Watkins has been active in the wellness space since 1998, first as a practitioner, later as an apprentice to his Vedic Meditation teacher, and finally, in 2007, as a meditation teacher himself. He became nomadic in 2018 and now travels the world giving talks on happiness, mindfulness, inspiration, and meditation. He writes articles on meditation and happiness, leads sold-out meditation training and retreats, and produces The Shine—a global pop-up inspirational variety show with a mission to inspire.
During our discussion, Light introduces us to an “inside-out” path to getting rid of inner clutter and living a more fulfilled life. Spiritual Minimalism, as he calls it, will get you aligned with your values and lead you to a life-changing adventure.

The French philosopher Pierre Teilhard de Chardin once said, "We are not human beings having a spiritual experience; we are spiritual beings having a human experience." As spiritual beings, if we want to have a more profound experience of life, we have to be willing to go within and understand the deeper aspects of ourselves.
Cyndi Dale, my guest today, will help us do just that. Cyndi is an internationally renowned author, speaker, and healer of energy medicine, intuition, and spirituality. She has worked with over 70,000 clients and presented hundreds of workshops around the world.
During our conversation, Cyndi will teach us the basics of energy anatomy and how it works. She'll also be providing tips and techniques on how to develop our intuitive and psychic abilities and how to manage our fears.
