Have you ever been stereotyped in the past or do you have a tendency to stereotype others?
Stereotypes are similar to prejudices in that they’re based on prior assumptions and the history of a particular social group or individual type. But oversimplifying an individual or group’s identity can lead to premature judgments and unjust cruel behaviors like hate crimes and discrimination in the workplace.
