Many of us are guilty of forgetting to take proper care of ourselves, especially when life gets busy and hectic. But self-care is essential to our health and wellbeing. If we don’t tend to our basic needs, it won’t be long before we’re battered by exhaustion and burnout.

To speak more about the art of self-care, I invited, Sarah Brassard. Sarah is a spiritual coach who helps people cultivate a calmness inside and an environment of peace. She is the author  of Inside: A Guide to the Resources Within to Stay Vibrant and Alive Through All Life’s Challenges. Sarah’s work is based on a dedication to integrating body, mind, heart, and spirit and an unshakeable conviction that there’s nothing in life that can’t be healed.
