In our busy and fast paced world, it’s becoming increasingly challenging to maintain balance. We have to make a concerted effort to stay centered amidst the chaos and consciously choose to make the time to take care of ourselves and to go within. One of the best practices to achieve this is mindfulness. To help me bring this topic to the forefront I invited mindfulness and meditation expert Jasmin Terrany.
Jasmin is a Columbia University graduate and licensed psychotherapist who invented Life Therapy, the combination of psychotherapy & coaching with mindfulness & meditation. She’s helped women access their ultimate potential and take their lives to the next level in every realm.
