Wisdom and intelligence are two words that are often seen as interchangeable because of their similarities. The truth, however, is that each one represents a distinctly different type of knowledge.
Being book smart, or having academic intelligence does not guarantee a life of happiness and fulfillment. Wisdom does not guarantee that you will experience worldly success. The good news is that, based on my experience, both forms of knowledge can be learned if we consciously seek it.
