Most of us grew up accustomed to conventional remedies that were prescribed to us by medical professionals and caretakers. We’re unaware that there’s a treasure trove of natural health remedies to heal common health symptoms based on an alternative field of medicine known as homeopathy.
To tell us more about it, I invited Elena Upton. Elena is a classically trained Homeopath, author and lecturer with nearly 30 years experience in the natural health field. After completing a doctorate program at the American University of Complimentary Medicine, she trained with many exceptional homeopaths and eventually founded her own clinic in Southern California.
During our conversation, we cover a range of topics from the benefits of alternative medicine to how homeopathy differs from conventional medicine. We also speak about the mind body connection and how we can use this knowledge to live a life of maximum vitality.

Today, it’s almost impossible for us to avoid interacting with others outside our native groups, especially Unless you live in a remote location on the planet, you will encounter diversity in your workplace, the grocery stores, conferences, schools, colleges and entertainment venues.
Unfortunately, there have been many recent events that show that the intolerance of diversity still exists within the fabric of our global consciousness and it’s being brought to the surface for us to witness and heal.
In this episode, I explain why old and outdated paradigms that support homogeneous and hierarchical systems, need to be eradicated and the steps that we can take to embrace and celebrate diversity. In this way, we’ll learn how to co-operate with those who we perceive to be different from us.
