How would your life be better if you could actually read minds? You’d know who to trust. Who to go into business with. Who to date. You’d be able to negotiate more effectively. And you’d be a person of influence. With over a decade of experience as a professional mind reader, my guest in this episode is a master at this.
Jonathan Pritchard is an entertainer turned speaker, coach and author who specializes in human behavior, success psychology, motivation and communication. For the past decade he’s been on TV and toured the world as a mentalist which has given him unique insight into why people do what they do, and how to leverage that process to create custom-fit life.
During my conversation with Jonathan he offers key insights into how the human mind works and how we can tap into its power. His techniques can be used to better understand ourselves and others in our life. We also talk about topics such as mentalism, telepathy and eliminating limited thoughts.

The Difference Between Intelligence and Wisdom
Friday Jan 11, 2019
Friday Jan 11, 2019
Wisdom and intelligence are two words that are often seen as interchangeable because of their similarities. The truth, however, is that each one represents a distinctly different type of knowledge.
Being book smart, or having academic intelligence does not guarantee a life of happiness and fulfillment. Wisdom does not guarantee that you will experience worldly success. The good news is that, based on my experience, both forms of knowledge can be learned if we consciously seek it.
By understanding the nuanced differences between intelligence and wisdom, as I outline in this podcast, you’ll figure out the exact steps you need to take to acquire and embody each trait.

We’ve all heard about the importance of living a life of purpose. In theory, it seems simple: devote yourself to something meaningful and you’ll find lasting happiness. Yet most people struggle to discover their purpose while others don’t think that finding their purpose is a necessity.
Living your purpose is often considered to be a vague and grandiose notion. And the truth is that people can survive without having a clear sense of purpose in their life. But deep down, we want our life to matter and to make a difference, and we want to get the most out of every day.
In this episode, I explain why it’s important to live a life of meaning and some simple steps that we can take to discover and live a life of purpose.

5 Reasons Why Failing Does Not Make You a Failure
Friday Jan 04, 2019
Friday Jan 04, 2019
Every time we call ourselves a failure, and we let it become part of our identity, it can escalate to self-esteem issues and cripple our attempts to take on challenges that could lead to progress. Yet, some of the most successful people in history have failed many times in their life.
They were intuitively aware that when it came to achieving the extraordinary, failure is something that they should anticipate rather than be fearful of. They knew that the key to dealing with this issue is knowing the difference between ‘failing’ and being called a ‘failure’.
In this episode, I describe how you can adopt this winning mindset to handle failure and relate to it in a healthier way, so that you can take those chances that will propel you forward into success.

[Interview] How to Use Feng Shui to Create Abundance (feat. Kim Klein)
Tuesday Jan 01, 2019
Tuesday Jan 01, 2019
According to my guest today, our homes are the one place on earth that we are most energetically connected to. It nourishes and supports and it will always mirror us. That’s why we need to be mindful caretakers of our environment. Feng Shui, the study of the movement of chi, which is the Chinese world for energy guides that energy, letting it flow freely through your home, creating a healthy balance and sense of well being.
Kim Klein, shares this advice and lots more in this episode. Along with being a Holistic Health Coach, Kim is a Certified Feng Shui Consultant, graduating in 2004 from the three-year BTB (Black Tantric Buddhist) Masters Training Program in San Francisco.
During our conversation, Kim introduces us to the ancient science of Feng Shui by describing how it works and how we can benefit from using its wisdom to correct the flow of this energy into and through our space. She provides some simple tools and techniques that we can use in our homes and office spaces and how we can use Feng Shui to set our intentions for the New Year.

Why Freedom is Everyone’s Birthright
Friday Dec 28, 2018
Friday Dec 28, 2018
Today, we acknowledge that everyone is born free and deserves the right to live life on their own terms. Consequently, the majority of people in modern society enjoy a high quality of life because they’re immune to corrupt regimes that infringe on their fundamental rights.
However, it’s easy for us to take this freedom for granted and ignore its fragility. Even though we’re aware of our basic rights, how many of us actually take advantage of the opportunities that our freedom opens up for us? The truth is that we can never be free if we allow ourselves to stay trapped in fear and our limiting thoughts.
In this podcast episode, I expand on the idea of freedom and how we can define what freedom means to us so that we can implement that freedom in our own lives, as well as grant it to others.

Why Being Ordinary is Perfectly Okay
Tuesday Dec 25, 2018
Tuesday Dec 25, 2018
Today, we live in the “Age of the Selfie”, where garnering more “likes” and broadcasting one’s social media persona fuels everyone’s need to feel important. Being average or ordinary has earned a bad rap because it implies that someone is undistinguished, boring, and is a nobody.
But I believe that our definition of being ordinary is one-dimensional because it’s based solely on superficial criteria. It disregards virtue such as our compassion, kindness, dependability.
In this episode, I talk about the negative effects of the need to feel important and how we can overcome it by embracing our ordinariness while highlighting our strengths.

4 Planning Strategies to Succeed in the New Year
Friday Dec 21, 2018
Friday Dec 21, 2018
With the Holidays just around the corner, there’s a palpable buzz in the air. Everyone wants to ride the wave of prosperity that a New Year brings, along with the promise of a better future. But despite their best intentions to succeed in the New Year, research shows that only 8% of people achieve their New Year resolution.
Besides poor planning and a lack of discipline, another significant reason why so many fail is that they create their targets from a shallow level of consciousness using only logic and rational thought, and don’t involve their heart and intuitive intelligence.
In this episode, I’ve outlined a framework that you can follow to set New Year resolutions that you’re genuinely excited about committing to throughout the year. If you’re determined to get the most out of 2019 and move closer to your long term vision, you definitely shouldn’t miss this post!

I’ve always been curious about the ancient practice of shamanism especially after learning more about it during my research on Native American traditions. Before the advent of modern organized religions that we know today, shamanic traditions were the gateway to spiritual guidance, insight and healing for the ancient tribal communities that existed in the past.
Miriam J Katz, my guest today is a Shamanic Healer who taps into the power of nature and the cosmos using ritual, divination and facilitation to help her clients release emotional, physical, energetic and spiritual blocks. Miriam is an initiated Altomesayok, carrying the lineage of master shamans in the Andean Q'ero tradition. She has certifications in professional coaching, Reiki, Past Life Regression, Realm Reading and is a member of the Society of Shamanic Practitioners and Energy Medicine Professional Association.
Miriam shares her in-depth knowledge to explain how shamanism works and how we can tap into this practice to deal with common issues such as stress, anxiety, depression and PTSD. By listening to this episode, you’ll learn some tools and techniques for healing, spiritual awakening and personal empowerment.
